Before tomorrow's session: leading equity indices in the US rose as Dow Jones gained 2.12% and closed at 33,763. S&P 500 ended the session at 4,282.37 after a 1.45% gain.
US markets are set to open tomorrow in around a day. In the meantime, European markets closed higher Friday whilst FTSE surges to 7,607.28 (up 1.56%). Upbeat Asia-Pacific markets ended Friday higher as KOSPI Composite Index is up by 1.25%, hitting 2,601.36.
NIO Inc. and The Toro Company due to release their earnings reports within the following week.
Uptick coincides with some positive signs published earlier as United States Non Farm Payrolls came out at 339,000, better than analyst estimates of 180,000 and improving upon the previous reading of 294,000.
On a negative note, the market received some disappointing news as following a previous reading of 0.4%, Average Hourly Earnings in United States released Friday fell short of the 0.4% figure expected by analysts with an actual reading of 0.3%. United States Unemployment Rate published Friday came out at 3.7, falling short of the 3.5 projections and continuing its decline from the previous 3.4 figure.
Elsewhere, United States Services PMI figure is projected at 55.1. It previously stood at 53.6; data will be released tomorrow at 13:45 UTC. United States ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI (May) is scheduled for tomorrow at 14:00 UTC. United States EIA Short-Term Energy Outlook scheduled to come out Tuesday.
