Bullish sentiment helps propel Pound-Yen to 0.4% gain

Friday at a glance: Pound-Yen went up to 168.97 Friday, gaining 0.4%.

Elsewhere, other currency pairs are also gaining ground as GBP/NZD is trading around 2.0119 after ending Friday's session at 1.9853 (up 1.34% today). EUR/NZD went up by 1.18% Friday, and closed at 1.7527.

At the same time, after ending Friday's session at 0.63, NZD/USD lost 106 pips and is trading around 0.6193.

Furthermore, the market is looking at United Kingdom BoE MPC Member Pill speech scheduled to come out tomorrow at 16:00 UTC.

Pound-Yen is now trading 1.98% away from its significant high of 171.69 first tested 13 days ago.
