This downslide might be related to financial indicators data published earlier as highly important Initial Jobless Claims data from United States beat analyst expectations of 240,000 with a reading of 242,000.

Shopify hit a significant low of $25.67 around 6 months ago, but has since recovered 80.25%. So far this year, it has performed better than the S&P 500 by 21.28%. The company's market cap currently stands at $74.53 billion with an average daily volume of 12.35 million shares.
Datadog | +15.11% in mid-session
After closing yesterday at $65.84, the server-monitoring software company went up to $77.07 only to drop back some of the way, and is now trading at $75.79.
Confluent | +14.78% in mid-session
Confluent increases its stock value by 14.78% for its largest single-day gain since November 2022. The US software company has shed 21.29% over the past three months. So far this year, it has been doing worse than the Nasdaq by 20.04%. Currently, the data infrastructure provider has a market capitalization of $6.77 billion with an average daily trading volume of 3.12 million shares.
Confluent reported earnings results yesterday, with EPS at -0.41 and revenues at $174.30 million; these results are mixed when compared to a consensus of -0.14 Earnings Per Share and $167.32 million revenue. Since the release of its earnings report, Confluent gained 11.76%.
