Amid the market gloom, United Kingdom Manufacturing PMI released yesterday at 08:30 UTC with a figure of 46.5, while the previous figure was 47.1. Japan 10-Year JGB Auction came out at 0.428.
In the meantime, negative performances are seen in other pairs, EUR/NZD falls 0.56% to trade around 1.763. GBP/NZD is down to 2.0543, losing 75 pips, after closing at 2.0618 in the preceding trading session.
Though Pound-Yen has been dropping, other pairs have been performing better: NZD/USD gained 0.46% and is now trading at 0.6182.
Furthermore, United Kingdom Services PMI is expected tomorrow at 08:30 UTC. United Kingdom Composite PMI figure is projected at 52.8. It previously stood at 54; data will be released tomorrow at 08:30 UTC.
The currency pair has been trending positively for about a month. Pound-Yen now trading 11.72% above its 3-month low of 144.6.
