This move comes while some more positive signs for Euro-Aussie dollar are out as following a previous reading of 16,000, Unemployment Change in Germany released yesterday at 07:55 UTC fell short of the 10,000 figure expected by analysts with an actual reading of 24,000.
At the same time, Euro Zone CFTC EUR speculative net positions released yesterday at 20:30 UTC with a figure of 169,400, while the previous figure was 164,400. Australia CFTC AUD speculative net positions came out at -39,500.
Elsewhere, other currency pairs are also gaining ground as GBP/JPY added 2.39% and closed around 167.15 yesterday. USD/JPY added 1.8% and closed around 133.89 yesterday. Notably, EUR/JPY rose 1.73% yesterday and closed at 147.59.
The currency pair has been trending positively for about 2 months. Having set a peak of 1.6707 around 3 days ago, Euro-Aussie dollar is now trading 0.47% below this level.
