As the session draws to an end the leading indices are slipping — Dow Jones drawing back 0.73% to 32,800. S&P 500 trades at 4,114.28 after losing 0.76%.

3Rd quarter earnings season is mostly over, with Kohl's Corporation & Splunk Inc releasing their earnings reports just this week.
Market's down-tick coincides with some negative macro data published earlier as highly important Crude Oil Inventories data from United States beat analyst expectations of -920,000 with a reading of -12.46 million.
While price action maintains a negative bias, United States New Home Sales (Apr) released yesterday at 14:00 UTC with a figure of 683,000, while the previous figure was 656,000. United States Services PMI came out at 55.1, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 52.6.
Looking ahead, ongoing depreciation may be prolonged as United States Core Durable Goods Orders projected to come out at 0% — worse than previous data of 0.2%; data will be released Friday. United States Initial Jobless Claims expected to decline to 250,000 while its preceding data was 242,000, data will be available tomorrow at 12:30 UTC.
Some optimism can drawn from the fact that United States Pending Home Sales is projected to outperform its last figure with 0.5%. It previously stood at -5.2%; data will be released tomorrow at 14:00 UTC.
While markets are generally down so far today, some assets outperformed such as ETFMG Sit Ultra Short ETF gained 0.38% to reach $48.16.
