Pound-Yen went up to 172.33 only to drop back to some of the way and is now trading at 170.25.
At the same time, United Kingdom Manufacturing PMI released today at 08:30 UTC with a figure of 47.8, while the previous figure was 47.9. United Kingdom Nationwide HPI (MoM) (Apr) came out at 0.5, while a consensus of analysts was expecting -0.4. Fresh Nationwide HPI (YoY) (Apr) data from United Kingdom came out at -2.7.
Other currencies are also rising as NZD/USD is up 0.3%.
Meanwhile, GBP/NZD slumps 0.26% to trade around 2.003. EUR/NZD withdraws 0.23% to trade around 1.7677.
The currency pair has been trending positively for about 2 months. Having set a peak of 171.69 around a day ago, Pound-Yen is now trading 0.84% below this level.
