Trading day is at its midpoint and markets are up so far

• Top laggard ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas giving up 25.5 cents, or 7.43%, so far this session IShares Trust – iShares iBonds Dec 2021 Term Treasury ETF (down 0.039%) has also underperformed today.
• European session in progress; markets are rising as FTSE goes up by 1.03%, reaching 7,741.56.

With the trading session well underway, markets are up including news that Nasdaq up to 12,060, gaining 0.53%. S&P 500 goes up 0.21%, trading at 4,099.

European markets are showing gains. Asia-Pacific markets are down as KOSPI Composite Index is down by 1.44%, falls to 2,459.23

On a negative note, the market received some disappointing news as highly important Initial Jobless Claims data from United States beat analyst expectations of 200,000 with a reading of 228,000. United States Crude Oil Inventories released earlier showed a marked improvement to -3.74 million from the preceding data of -7.49 million, but fell short of the -2.33 million figure forecast by a consensus of market analysts.

Today's rise takes place amid mixed market indicators — United States ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI (Mar) came out at 51.2, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 54.5.

Also worthy of note, United States Non Farm Payrolls expected to decline to 239,000 while its preceding data was 311,000, data will be available tomorrow at 12:30 UTC.

Elsewhere, United States Unemployment Rate is expected tomorrow at 12:30 UTC.

While indices are generally bullish today, some individual assets stood out as ETFMG Sit Ultra Short ETF trades at $48.45 having gained 0.23%.
