Fresh CFTC EUR speculative net positions data from Euro Zone came out at 179,400. Spain Consumer Price Index came out at 4.1%, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 4.1%.
Other currencies are also rising as GBP/NZD is trading around 2.01 after ending yesterday's session at 1.9853 (up 1.25% today). EUR/NZD is trading around 1.7527 after ending yesterday's session at 1.7322 (up 1.18% today).
While Euro-Aussie dollar is up today, these currencies are lagging behind: NZD/USD is down to 0.6193, losing 106 pips, after ending the previous session around 0.63.
Having set a peak of 1.6707 around 17 days ago, Euro-Aussie dollar is now trading 2.56% below this level.
