Spain Consumer Price Index came out at 4.1%, while a consensus of analysts was expecting 4.1%. Spain HICP (YoY) (Apr) released yesterday at 07:00 UTC with a figure of 3.8, while the previous figure was 3.1.
Euro-Dollar's value drop coincided with the fact that after ending yesterday's session at 0.63, NZD/USD lost 109 pips and is trading around 0.619.
Though the Euro has been dropping, other pairs have been performing better: GBP/NZD is trading around 2.0109 after ending yesterday's session at 1.9853 (up 1.29% today). EUR/NZD rallies 1.18% yesterday and closed at 1.7322.
As things stand, Euro-Dollar is 1.38% away from a significant high of 1.1073, first set 10 days ago.
